Evergreen Hardy Heirloom Bunching Onion

The classic bunching onion with white shanks, sharp flavor, and crunchy texture. Hardy through winter!
Transplant. Start indoors 8 weeks before last frost and plant out in clusters of 6-8 onions after they reach 5-6″ tall, after last hard freeze. Direct sow or transplant regularly into early fall for continuous harvests. Very winter hardy, but will flower in spring if overwintered. Harvest at ½” before they start to divide.
