Sow Seeds: January–July can be sown under cover in October and planted out in the spring. Sow onto moist, well-drained compost and cover lightly with vermiculite. Keep at 15-20 °C; germination can take 14–30 days.
Plant Out:Â Once large enough to handle, pot on into 8cm pots and grow on in cool but not cold conditions. Gradually acclimatise before planting out in the full sun after the frosts have passed
