Chef’s Choice Pink Tomato is a hybrid, indeterminate variety known for it’s extremely-large fruits and gourmet flavor. It produces heavy, continuous yields of 12-14 ounce beefsteak tomatoes. The fruits can easily reach 1 lb in some instances. These tomatoes are meaty with very few Seeds. Chef’s Choice Pink highly-regarded among chefs in the culinary industry because it has a great balance of sugar and acid flavors. Fruits hold well and are relatively blemish-free, resistant to scab and cracking.
