Sow Seeds September–October on the surface of a seed tray filled with moist compost and cover only very lightly. Keep it at a temperature of 20 degrees to germinate.  Pot on and grow on in an unheated greenhouse, but keep frost-free. Alternatively, sow indoors in February or March for planting out in May.
Plant Out: Acclimatise before planting outside once all frosts have passedÂ
